Nelson
This morning we visited the WOW Museum - World Of WearableArt and Classic Cars.

We began with the WearableArt gallery where some wonderful creations are on display from the annual Montana WOW Awards Show. This show has been going for 20 years and has some very unusual, strange and creative costumes.
In the same building are two classic car galleries with cars from all over the world and of all ages. All are in excellent condition as the owner is a multi-millionaire and has three mechanics permanently on site in a purpose built workshop.
After lunch we followed the Public Art and Sculpture Walk that took us around and through the centre of Nelson. It was interesting and varied and included sculptures, mosaics, fountains, stones and monuments, some old and some new. Part of the trail included a visit to The Suter Art Gallery in the park.

In the early evening we strolled by the yacht basin which was extensive and packed with huge yachts.
