Monday 13th February

After a good flight we arrived in Singapore in very heavy rain but it soon stopped and the streets dried out as we explored the area around the hotel.



After lunch at the hotel we walked to the Singapore Botanical Gardens. We strolled around the grounds. It was hot and humid.

In the central lake there were lots of turtles ready to snap up the food that people were feeding to the fish..

There were many flowers in full bloom around the garden.
