We spent most of the day exploring Leeds. We did an hour long round open top bus trip, starting and finishing at The Armouries. There was a very interesting taped commentary which informed us about all the places that we were passing.
After a quick lunch at The Armouries, we caught 'The Black Prince' for a half hour ride up to Granary Wharfe passing many interesting buildings and a few fishermen.
When we arrived at Granary Wharfe we saw this barge passing through the lock which was operational even though very overgrown.We spent an hour in town before catching the boat back.
