Today, on the first day of our family holiday in Wales, we all visited Plas yn Rhiw, a National Trust property near Pwllheli.
The view of Hell's Mouth from the gardens was stunning.
The gardens were well kept and were quite extensive.
This lovely hydrangea was the star of the show in the garden just in front of the house.
Just a little further on we saw this beautiful Red Admiral butterfly.
