This reconstruction of an Iron Age hut is the result of excavations carried out at Milfield, the village where we are based.
The major creation is the henge which was created in 2,000AD as a copy of the original from 2,000BC.
This afternoon we crossed the border and spent some time walking the coastal pathway with splendid views in both directions.
We rounded off the day at Berwick Upon Tweed where we walked along the ramparts around the old town.
At one point two road bridges and one railway bridge cross the Tweed.
