Tuesday 7th January
We had a walk around Fewston reservoir to enjoy the unseasonable weather.

The reservoir was much fuller than last time we came for a walk.

Tuesday 2nd January
Today we took advantage of the break in the poor weather to drive to Thornton-le-Dale and walk by the side of Thornton Beck to Ellerburn.

The church in Ellerburn, dedicated to St. Hilda, is lovely inside and contains both Saxon and Norman architecture.
